Europlanet flatrate contribution for students and early career scientists
This year Europlanet is again providing funds for financially supporting students and early career scientists (PhD students and scientists in their first post-doc year) in order to participate in the EPSC2015.
There will be a number of Europlanet flatrate contributions, granted to students and early career scientists who have an accepted abstract and have paid their conference registration fee.
Please note that funding will be available only retrospectively, AFTER EPSC has taken place, and is dependent on a successful contract being closed between Europlanet 2020 RI and the European Commission (expected some time in September 2015).
The participation in the conference is mandatory and needs to be confirmed by the registrant's signature at the conference. Please note that in case you are granted a flatrate contribution, the granted amount will be paid to you via bank transfer after the conference.
Students and early career scientists of the following European countries and associates are eligible for the Europlanet flatrate contribution:
- Students (undergraduate, Msc and Bsc) and early career scientists (PhD students and post-docs in their first year)
- European Union member countries plus Iceland, Norway, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey, Israel, Moldova, and Faroe Islands.
- In order to apply for the Europlanet flatrate contribution, please fill out the application form within the online registration process by 31 August 2015. You will be informed about your application in a separate email.
