Splinter meeting & workshop request

For splinter meetings or workshops organized by participants during the course of the conference, 27 September – 02 October 2015 (Monday to Friday), we have reserved a room free of charge for the splinter meeting/workshop organizer(s). Splinter meetings and the respective room are not available for booking as an extension of a session.

The splinter meeting room has capacity for 50 persons and is equipped with a computer and projector. If you need a bigger room for your splinter meeting, please contact us separately by email.

Please note that every participant of a splinter meeting must be registered for the conference.

Please indicate your time-block preference which will be handled on a first come - first serve basis. Please note that formal sessions have priority over splinter meetings / workshops for the allocation of the room. The meeting room can be reserved for the following time blocks, whereby max. 2 successive time blocks can be blocked per splinter meeting/workshop:

Your request will be reviewed by the Scientific Organizing Committee and you will be informed by email. Although splinter meetings can be booked until 15 September 2015, please note that only those booked prior to 31 July 2015 will appear in the printed program book.
