Social event
The social event of the European Planetary Science Congress 2015 will be a conference dinner held at the restaurant Baron Lefèvre on Wednesday, 30 September 2015.
Participants of the social event are expected to be at the restaurant at 20:00 at the very latest. The dinner will be served at 20:15 and will be composed on a menus of your choice based on a meat, fish, vegetarian or vegan dish. Menus will be available soon and your preferred dish must be selected upon registration.
The total cost for the dinner is €46 and includes aperitif and wine.

Your participation in the social event is only confirmed in case of a paid registration by 31 August 2015. Unpaid social event registrations will not be considered anymore after this date.
In case of cancellation, the social event tickets can only be refunded in case of a written notification / cancellation (meetings@copernicus.org) before 15 August 2015.
